BOARD of DIRECTORS: 15 to 24 member governing body, each of whom are members of the association and represent the diversity of the regional grantmaking community.

STAFF: Four professionals

PROGRAMS: Over 30 events per year, ranging from small, informal covenings of less than 10 to an annual conference of over 200.

NATIONAL NETWORK: One of 32 staffed regional associations of grantmakers operating in cities, states, and multi-state regions across the U.S., all affiliated through a national alliance called the Forum of Regional Associations of Grantmakers.
