Meet Our Staff
Below is a list of the professional and accessible DVG team. Please contact any one of us with your questions - we'd be happy to be of service.

NANCY LANHAM
Executive Director
215-790-9700 ext. 4
Email: nancy@dvg.org

Nancy joined DVG in June 2004 as Executive Director. Her professional experience includes over 20 years in banking where she developed a strong background in marketing, planning, and group dynamics. As a senior vice president at CoreStates, Nancy managed units charged with the development and marketing of product offerings within institutional trust and private banking. After leaving CoreStates, Nancy worked with the School District of Philadelphia implementing initiatives developed by the Philadelphia business community, and managing the development of the District's technology plan. Most recently as an independent consultant, Nancy worked with Moore College of Art & Design on technology planning, communication strategy and the repositioning of continuing education.

Nancy’s experience also includes serving as Chair of the Board of the Metropolitan Career Center, and as a volunteer for Happy Fernandez’s mayoral campaign, where she acted as the developer of her position papers, which provided her with a broad perspective of the issues and challenges facing our city and region. In addition, Nancy has been an “individual” member of DVG for several years, providing her with a valuable “members-eye” view of the organization and its membership.

As the Executive Director, Nancy oversees the organization’s overall management and strategic direction; develops working relationships and partnerships local and national colleague organizations to promote the mission of DVG; and provides insight regarding philanthropy's role in the broader community.
