Joining DVG is a simple process. Our Membership
Application is an easy, one-page form that asks
for some basic information about your organization
and its charitable giving. Specifically, we ask
you to supply us with:

your organization’s
name and contact information
|
|
• |
the name of the individual who will be
the primary representative to DVG
|
|
• |
names and contact information for any
staff and/or trustees who you would like
to designate as eligible to participate
in DVG activities
|
|
• |
your grantmaking organization’s
official status (e.g. private foundation,
corporate foundation or giving program,
donor-advised fund, etc.)
|
|
• |
your organization’s total assets
and annual giving (from which you will determine
your annual dues level)
|
We also ask that you submit some additional documentation
along with your application based on the type
of organization you represent. If you are a new
donor and don't yet have all of the supporting
documentation that is required, contact us at

able to process your application in the meantime.
