DVG Resource Library
In its role as a clearinghouse of information about philanthropy,
DVG has acquired an extensive collection of relevant philanthropy-themed
books, journals, directories and magazines, which we have
housed in a centralized Resource Library.
Containing over 1,000 volumes, this collection has also been
cataloged into a searchable computer
database that provides easy access to information on
specific topics and issues. Sample categories covered in DVG's
Resource Library include:
| • |
Philanthropy Management |
| • |
Family Foundations |
| • |
Community Foundations |
| • |
Corporate Philanthropy |
| • |
Legal Issues |
| • |
Community Issues |
| • |
Government and Public Policy |
| • |
Arts/Culture |
| • |
Education |
The library and database are invaluable research tools that
allow DVG staff to answer your questions quickly and accurately.
We welcome DVG members to come and peruse our collection in
person and perform their own research. Members may also request
a publication remotely (by title or by topic) and DVG will
lend them the book free of charge for a two-week period.
>> See the New Titles link at the right
for a list of recent acquisitions to DVG's resource collection.
